What data we collect
The details you provide when requesting a free assessment through the website form:
- Your name and the contact channel you choose (WhatsApp number or email address).
- What your business does and what you want to solve.
- The language you use on the website and basic technical data about the submission (date and browser).
Why we use it
To prepare your assessment, reply to you and follow up on your request through the channel you chose. If you leave your email, we also send you an acknowledgement of receipt.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes, and we make no automated decisions or profiling with it.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures taken at your request, since you are asking us to assess your case (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Who can access your data (processors)
We do not sell or share your data. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:
- Supabase (database where your request is stored, hosted in the European Union, Frankfurt region).
- Resend (delivery of the notification and acknowledgement emails; a US provider covered by GDPR safeguards for international transfers).
- Vercel (website hosting; it may process technical browsing data such as your IP address).
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose that channel to talk to us; its own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
For as long as we handle your request and any business relationship that follows. If we do not end up working together, we delete your data at most two years after the last contact, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to jiblasco.a@gmail.com. You can also withdraw your consent without affecting the processing carried out until then.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
Your data is stored in a database with restricted access: the website can only write new requests, never read them, and reading is limited to the owner.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only the technical storage strictly necessary for the page to work is used.
